If you are traveling from outside the DC area, feel free to use our room block for Thursday night, November 5, 2026. Regional Executive Committee members only may stay Wednesday November 4th and the 5th.
Our room block expires Friday, October 2nd so please be sure to reserve your room prior to then. Rooms may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to check-in.
If you are flying, please make flight arrangement at least two weeks in advance of the conference to ensure the lowest possible rate. The nearest airport is Ronald Reagan Washington National (4 miles) but Washington Dulles (30 miles) and Baltimore Washington (38 miles) are also close by. The King Street Metro station is directly across the street from the hotel with access to the Metrorail, bus and trolley access also nearby. Washington’s Union Station and Amtrak are other good options.
