Our room block cut-off date is Wednesday, March 20th, 2024. Confirmation of rooms will only be accepted based on availability and will be subject to the Hilton’s prevailing rates.

If you are flying, please make flight arrangement at least two weeks in advance of the conference to ensure the lowest possible rate. The nearest airport is Ronald Reagan Washington National (4 miles) but Washington Dulles (30 miles) and Baltimore Washington (38 miles) are also close by. The King Street Metro station is directly across the street from the hotel with access to the Metrorail, bus and trolley access also nearby. Washington’s Union Station and Amtrak are other good options.
