Hilton Alexandria Old Town

Our room block cut-off date is Wednesday, March 19th, 2025 or until sold out - whichever comes first. Confirmation of rooms will only be accepted based on availability and will be subject to the Hilton’s prevailing rates.

Reservations made outside of the block will be reimbursed up to the block rate of $246 plus tax.

If you are unable to attend in person please cancel/modify your reservation and meeting registration prior to April 1st. Livestream link is unable to be provided after April 1st.

If you are flying, please make flight arrangement at least two weeks in advance of the conference to ensure the lowest possible rate. The nearest airport is Ronald Reagan Washington National (4 miles) but Washington Dulles (30 miles) and Baltimore Washington (38 miles) are also close by. The King Street Metro station is directly across the street from the hotel with access to the Metrorail, bus and trolley access also nearby. Washington’s Union Station and Amtrak are other good options.
